The plain-language version

When you click a "View deal" button on this site and then buy something at the store it takes you to, that store pays us a small percentage of the sale. That's it. The price you pay is exactly the same as if you had gone to the store directly — the commission comes out of the store's marketing budget, not your pocket.

Who we have affiliate relationships with

• Amazon — as an Amazon Associate, we earn from qualifying purchases.
• AliExpress — through the AliExpress Affiliate (Portals) program.
• Xiaomi official store — through the Awin affiliate network.

What commissions do and don't influence

Buy options on a product page are sorted by price, cheapest first — not by which store pays the higher commission. Products appear in the catalog because they exist in the marketplaces' feeds and pass our curation, not because anyone paid for placement. No retailer or manufacturer reviews, approves or pays for our guides.

What commissions do influence is which stores we cover at all: we can only list marketplaces whose affiliate programs we belong to, so a store outside those programs may occasionally have a price we don't show.
